Our knowledgeable staff will help you select the right trip for you and review trip logistics and details with you.
To initiate a reservation, each participant (or one member per couple/family residing at the same address) will need to call us individually. This process will allow us to ensure that each participant fully understands the nature of the trip and the specific logistics involved.
A $400 deposit for each space reserved is due at the time of booking. Once booked, we will email a trip registration packet (including a confirmation letter detailing the trip dates and orientation date in writing, a registration form & the Trip Details Packet) to each head of household in your party. To finalize the reservation, completed registration forms are due back to us within one week of the initial phone reservation.
Please expect to receive your final bill about 5 months prior to your trip; the final bill for the balance of your trip fare is due no later than 120 days before your trip.
Please note that the detailed information including travel logistics, lodging, gear to buy, and what to pack that is provided in our Trip Detail Packets is revised annually and is sent out several times throughout the year: at the time of booking; when annual revisions are made in the fall; at 5 months prior to the trip along with the final bill.
Deposits and Payments
Deposit of $400 per person is collected at the time of booking. $200 of this $400 deposit is refundable up to 120 days before your trip; $200 is non-refundable immediately upon receipt.
The trip fare balance is due and payable at any time up until 120 days before your trip. If we are not in receipt of your balance 120 days before your trip, we will release your reservation and retain the entire $400 deposit per person.
